Through education and the arts, we inspire all citizens to co-create equality, influencing future generations of change-makers, leaders and peace-builders. Herstory’s game-changing impact is evident in our schools, homes, national conversations and global movements.

Our communications approach is inspirational and inclusive. We transform the anger sparked by inequality and the suppression of women, into empowering and positive programmes that everyone wants to be a part of, including men. Herstory is positioned at the forefront of culture, offering a new narrative and opportunities for society to harmonise the journey to equality.

Our Values

PIONEER - We are a visionary storytelling platform. Herstory spearheaded the first national holiday named after a woman, the first comprehensive women’s storytelling platform on RTÉ, and the first women’s exhibition to tour the Irish Embassy network worldwide.

SUSTAINABILITY - We are at the forefront of sustainability and climate action, profiling unique voices and inspiring change in our new Forces of Nature and Ériu projects.
